Delivery Policy — AstroSoft

Payment gateways ask for a shipping/delivery policy even for digital businesses. This page states that we deliver electronically, with no physical shipping.

1. Digital delivery only

AstroSoft provides software and digital products. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply. All deliverables are provided electronically.

2. How and when you receive your product

Digital products (e.g. PDF reports): delivered instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment, on-screen and/or by email or WhatsApp.
Platform / subscription access: activated on your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
Custom development: delivered by the timeline agreed in your project proposal, through access to your hosting, a download link or a code handover.

3. If you don’t receive your product

If payment succeeds but you do not receive your product or access within a reasonable time, contact us at hello@astrosoft.in or on WhatsApp with your payment reference. We will resolve it promptly or refund you per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
